Can I request changes after the song is ready?Yes. You can ask for edits, and we’ll do our best to apply them quickly.

What if I’m not happy with the song?We do everything we can to make your song meaningful and personal. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a revision or get a refund.

Can I hear the song before payment?No. Each song is custom-made only after the order and payment. However, if you don’t like the result, you’re covered with the option of revisions or a refund.

Do you offer a free song?Yes. Through our UGC policy, you can enjoy a song at no cost. Here’s how it works: first, place a paid order. Once your song is ready, record the recipient’s first reaction to hearing it. Send us the video by email and give us permission to use it for marketing. If our marketing team approves the video, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.
